Over the winter I have carried out the following work on my bike:
- Fork Seals and Fork Oil change
- Oil and Filter change
- Spark Plug change
- Replaced front and rear wheel bearings
- Full strip down clean and lubrication of all swingarm and rear shock bearings
- Strip down and clean of Carbs
- Modification to wiring loom into race loom
None of this work would have been possible if it wasn't for my understanding wife allowing me to bring the bike in our small flat to work on during the awful winter we've been having.....see the photos below.
My bike is a fully race prepped Suzuki SV650.
This bike started as a 1999 SV650N but has the following modifications:
- Later (stonger) '04 Engine fitted
- OE carbs with Dynojet Kit
- K&N Air Filter
- Full Akrapovic Titanium Race exhaust System
- Ohlins Rear Shock
- Uprated Front Suspension
- Late remote front master cylinder and braided hoses
- Stealth Viper Wavy discs all round
- Quick action throttle
- Race rear subframe
- Rear sets
- Race body work - nose fairing, belly pan, seat unit
